Do you cover all of Westminster?

Yes: all of SW1, W1 and W2, including Pimlico, Victoria, Marylebone. We collect across the rest of London too.

Do I have to carry anything outside?

No. Our crew loads everything, from any room, floor, loft or garden. Just show them what's going.

How is the price worked out?

From the photos of your waste you add when you book. We'll WhatsApp or call you with the price (you choose when you book), usually within 10 minutes. Some common items, like mattresses and sofas, have fixed prices.

What if there's more than I thought?

If there's more than you booked, the crew will show you the new price before loading anything. You're never charged for extra without agreeing first.

Do you take fridges, mattresses and sofas?

Yes, we take fridges, mattresses and sofas.

Is there anything you can't take?

We can't take asbestos, clinical or medical waste, needles or sharps, hazardous chemicals, fuels, pesticides, solvents, gas cylinders, explosives or fireworks, radioactive materials, or unknown/leaking substances. Certain batteries and refrigerants may also require specialist handling. If you're not sure, send us a photo on WhatsApp.

Do I need to be there?

Not always. If the waste is accessible — in a front garden or a driveway, for example — we can collect while you're out. Add access notes when you book.

Westminster is mostly flats: mansion blocks, Georgian and Victorian terraces split into flats, mews houses and large estates such as those in Pimlico. Many buildings have porters, narrow stairs or small lifts, and our crew works around all of them.

Book online in about two minutes and add a few photos. We'll WhatsApp or call you with a price, usually within 10 minutes, and if you book before 6pm we can collect the same day. You pay by bank transfer after the job.
