What if there's more than I thought?

If there's more than you booked, the crew will show you the new price before loading anything. You're never charged for extra without agreeing first.

Is there anything you can't take?

We can't take asbestos, clinical or medical waste, needles or sharps, hazardous chemicals, fuels, pesticides, solvents, gas cylinders, explosives or fireworks, radioactive materials, or unknown/leaking substances. Certain batteries and refrigerants may also require specialist handling. If you're not sure, send us a photo on WhatsApp.

Do I need to be there?

Not always. If the waste is accessible — in a front garden or a driveway, for example — we can collect while you're out. Add access notes when you book.
